Lohan "wins" big at The Razzies
Surfeited on awards shows that seem at best self-congratulatory or achingly pointless? Give yourself a cultural enema with the Golden Raspberry Awards, the annual "celebration" of the worst films of the year. As predicted by a poll of Moviefone voters, Lindsay Lohan's universally derided mind-bender I Know Who Killed Me swept virtually all categories—including Worst Picture, Worst Director, Worst Screenplay, Worst Excuse For A Horror Movie, and Worst Remake Or Rip-Off ("of Hostel, Saw, and The Patty Duke Show")—while special scorn was reserved for La Lohan's dual role as a talented pianist and [spoiler alert] her amputee-stripper twin sister, garnering "wins" for Worst Actress, Worst Supporting Actress, and Worst Screen Couple. In all, I Know Who Killed Me earned the most Razzies in its 28-year history, with only a Worst Actor nod to Eddie Murphy (Norbit) and Daddy Day Camp's triumphant Worst Prequel Or Sequel win to break up the Lohanopoly. Unfortunately, Lohan didn't follow in the footsteps of good sports like Halle Berry by picking up her spray-painted trophies in person. But there's always next year.
