Lolly Adefope talks Shrill, Aidy Bryant, and not listening to critics

Loosely based on Lindy West’s memoir Shrill: Notes from a Loud Woman, Hulu’s new comedy series Shrill stars Aidy Bryant as Annie, “a fat young woman who wants to change her life — but not her body.” Ahead of the first season hitting Hulu this Friday, we sat down with Lolly Adefope to talk about the show, her co-star Aidy Bryant, and trying not to listen to critics.
