Look, more A.V. Fest bands: Wye Oak, The War On Drugs, more to come...
As promised, here are some new additions to the fantabulous A.V. Fest/Hideout Block Party lineup. The festival will take place outside the Hideout (1354 W. Wabansia in Chicago) on September 14 and 15 of this fine year. Today we're pleased to announced the addition of A.V. Club favorites Wye Oak, recent Columbia Records signees Wild Belle, excellent psych-rockers The War On Drugs, local Krautrock lovers Cave, and Hideout Block Party veterans The Lawrence Peters Outfit and The Plastic Crimewave Vision Celestial Guitarkestra. Early-bird two-day passes sold out, regular two-day passes ($50 plus fees) are on sale now. All information can be had right here. We'll have another major announcement next month, so get ready.
