Lou Ferrigno to Hulk out on illegal immigrants in Arizona

Former Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno has joined the hunt for illegal immigrants in Arizona, signing up to work with an armed posse of 56 volunteers under the direction of controversial Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and trawl the Phoenix valley area looking for anyone who may be wandering the desert like, say, a lonely and misunderstood hitchhiker targeted for a crime he didn’t commit. Ferrigno, a sheriff’s reserve deputy in L.A., was sworn in alongside another action star turned lawman, Steven Seagal, with whom he will bust down doors looking for euphemisms-for-Mexicans during “drop house investigations and immigration sweeps.” Arpaio emphasized that his two celebrity enforcers would not stand out, saying, “They wear the same uniforms, you can't tell the difference”—which is patently false, because one has a Steven Seagal ponytail and the other looks like The Incredible Hulk. Anyway, here’s some local news footage of the swearing-in ceremony.
