M.I.A., Yo La Tengo, Low, Solange and more added to this year's Pitchfork Music Festival
M.I.A., Yo La Tengo, Low, and Solange have been added to this year’s Pitchfork Music Festival. They’ll be joined by other newly confirmed artists including Lil B, Wire, Waxahatchee, Toro Y Moi, Phosphorescent, Metz, Autre Ne Veut, Mikal Cronin, Parquet Courts, Merchandise, Woods, Andy Stott, Pissed Jeans, Ryan Hemsworth, and—one of this year’s biggest buzz bands—British post-punk group Savages. All will sweat it out with the other, previously announced performers, including headliners Björk, Belle And Sebastian, and R. Kelly.
The fest takes place July 19-21 in Chicago’s Union Park. A full list of who’s playing when is below, and tickets are on sale now on the Pitchfork Music Festival site.
