Made In Jersey gets the first cancellation of the season

Martina Garretti's wiles may have been enough for her to get by in a fancy-shmancy New York City law firm, but it looks like they couldn't protect her from the predatory world of prime time. Entertainment Weekly reports that Made In Jersey, CBS' freshman legal drama about a crack litigator from a stereotypical Italian-American family, has been cancelled after only two episodes. This marks the first casualty of the fall season, and hopefully ends CBS' interest in making a spectacle of people from New Jersey—a trend that ended for the rest of America approximately two years ago.
