Marlon Wayans is already working on a Fifty Shades Of Grey spoof

Hey, let’s play a game. If you had to guess what Marlon Wayans’ spoof—or, as he refers to it, “comedic remix”—of Fifty Shades Of Grey would be called, what would you guess? No peeking at the Hollywood Reporter article announcing the project. That’s cheating. Okay, go:

Dirty Movie?

Sorry, National Lampoon already did that.

Grey Chicks?

What? That doesn’t even make sense.

Don’t Be A Menace To Your Inner Goddess While Drinking White Wine In A Helicopter?

That could work, but no. It will called Fifty Shades Of Black, and Wayans will write, star in, and produce the film, with A Haunted House and A Haunted House 2 writer Rick Alvarez attached to co-write the script and Michael Tiddes, also of A Haunted House and A Haunted House 2, set to direct. “Sex and comedy go hand in hand, and I’m looking forward to having fun with this project,” Wayans says, adding, “I’m really happy to be doing what I love with people I love to do it with. That double entendre was intentional.”

Fifty Shades Of Black is expected to hit theaters early in 2016. A sequel, also called Fifty Shades Darker, is all but inevitable.
