Marvel decides not to make anyone wait, releases the first official trailer for Avengers: Age Of Ultron early

So much for waiting until next week’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. to see the first official trailer for Avengers: Age Of Ultron. After a low-quality version of the teaser was leaked online by some nefarious organization, Marvel decided to give up on its cross-promotion scheme and let us all have the trailer early. The clip above gives us our first good look at a couple different incarnations of James Spader’s eponymous evil robot, as well as some glimpses of whatever horrible path of destruction he has planned for humanity. We also get to see a bunch of somber Avengers, Black Widow riding a motorcycle out of a jet, Iron Man and his “Hulkbuster” armor busting the Hulk, ballet dancers, and Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch screaming about something. We’re going to put our money on evil robots, but we’ll have to wait until the movie comes out to know for sure. Speaking of, it doesn’t hit theaters until May of next year, and you couldn’t even wait until Tuesday to watch this trailer. Have fun passing the next half of a year or so.
