As we recently reported, Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will tour and put out a new record next year. The Boss also is going to flex his oratory skills March 15 at the Austin Convention Center, where he will deliver the keynote address for SXSW. Though no SXSW concert appearances have been announced yet, it seems likely that Bruce will be sneaking into a club or two to regale attendees with a little "Rosalita."
