According to Deadline, Megan Fox will be temporarily moving into the improbably enormous loft on Fox’s New Girl during its upcoming fifth season. Fox (whose last name may make this article a little confusing) will be playing Reagan, “a straight-shooting pharmaceutical sales rep” who rents out Zooey Deschanel’s room while she’s “sequestered on jury duty.” She’ll also “shake things up,” which is something that no other guest star has ever done on a comedy show. New Girl creator says the part was written with Fox in mind (the person, not the network), and she also says that Fox is “the perfect person to come in and shake these guys up.” Is it possible she’s literally going to shake them? Like, she’ll just grab Max Greenfield by the shoulders and give him a good shake?
Season five of New Girl will premiere on Fox (the network) at some point this winter, and Fox (the person) will make her first appearance in the sixth episode.
