The L.A. Times is reporting that a blogger named Kevin Cogill has been arrested for posting 9 tracks from Guns N Roses never-coming-out opus Chinese Democracy on a site called antiquiet back in June. (A quick visit to the site confirms the story—his friends hope to get him back from the pokey quickly.) Here's the funny thing: Cogill only had nice things to say about the new tracks! Dammit, Axl, he was on your side and now he's in jail!
