Michael B. Jordan (and his parents) answer 73 questions in 8 minutes
Though it can seem like Michael B. Jordan is, deservedly, in absolutely everything these days, there are still so many things we don’t know about the ubiquitous 30-year-old actor. For instance, what’s his favorite movie? Where’s a place he’d love to visit? And what the hell does the B stand for? Luckily, in the most recent installment of Vogue’s “73 Questions” series, the Creed star invited the publication into his home to answer the wide-ranging survey with a little help from his mom and dad, who, of course, just happened to be hanging out.
Like with any of the videos in this series, it takes a minute to get over the faux-casual feel of the interview, but, once you do, there are tons of fun little tidbits. His favorite movie is Rounders, he’s always wanted to go to Tokyo, and the B stands for Bakari— a Swahili word meaning “of noble promise.” Also, his favorite actress is Meryl Streep, he thinks the world needs a carbon tax, and his hero is his dad, though he may have only said that since the old man was within earshot. And considering his greatest ambition is “world domination,” we get the feeling Michael B. Jordan won’t be slowing his career down anytime soon. Though maybe he’s just been getting in touch with his inner villain since wrapping up Black Panther.
