Regardless, that’s exactly what Michael Keaton does in the first trailer for The Founder, starring Keaton as Ray Kroc, the struggling milkshake-machine salesman who teamed up with—and, from the looks of it, screwed over—brothers Dick (Nick Offerman) and Mac McDonald (John Carroll Lynch) in turning their eponymous Southern California hamburger stand into a multi-billion-dollar business.
Laura Dern and B.J. Novak co-star in this deep-fried tale of corporate malfeasance on a sesame-seed bun, which debuts in theaters on August 5.
