Mike Myers' first Mike Myers-type live-action character-driven comedy in a while, The Love Guru, starts shooting soon. Who knows if it'll bring back old-school Austin Powers fans, but it will include Mini-Me himself (Verne Troyer) and Jessica Alba. Myers' new character for this one? Pitka, an American raised by gurus in India who pursues a self-help career. Could be disappointing, but hey, it's more promising than that goddamn ugly green creature. (Variety)
