Please try to contain your excitement: The lineup for the Sunset Strip Music Festival have just been announced. The party will take place, of course, in various venues on LA's Sunset Strip between June 26 and 28, and will feature Hot Hot Heat, Louis XIV, Juliette Lewis And The Licks, Godhead, Dilated Peoples, and B-Real of Cypress Hill.
The Virgin Mobile Festival goes down at Baltimore's Pimlico Race Course on August 9 and 10, and it looks a bit livelier: The bill includes Bob Dylan, The Foo Fighters, Wilco, Iggy And The Stooges, Kanye West, The Offspring, Chromeo, Moby, Cat Power, Stone Temple Pilots, Taking Back Sunday, Lupe Fiasco, Gogol Bordello, Nine Inch Nails, Bloc Party, Underworld, Sharon Jones And The Dap-Kings, The Swell Season, The Black Keys, Paramore, The Go!
