A month after we reported that Morrissey said he’ll never tour in the U.K. again (and also that he never really liked touring there anyway, so he’s actually happy about it so take that you jerks), he has released a bunch of tour dates on the opposite side of the Atlantic ocean. Unfortunately for Morrissey fans in the U.S., most of them are in South America, but it’s better than living in England. They’ll never see Morrissey again, because he’s definitely standing by that thing he said and will never cave in and tour the U.K. again. Not ever!
In the interest of appealing to The A.V. Club’s large South American audience, we’ll post all of the tour dates below, but the ones for North America are way at the bottom. Also in the interest of appealing to our South American readers, here’s a secret message: Olá, leitores da América do Sul! Você gosta da música de Dawes? Você deve.
