Morrissey announces U.S. tour that hopefully won't be cancelled

Morrissey has announced a run of U.S. tour dates that he has not yet cancelled. The dates kick off in San Jose, California in May and run until mid-June, when he’ll headline the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Ostensibly these could be tied to Mozzer’s new record, though that’s probably not going to see the light of day until at least the second half of 2014.

Openers for the tour haven't been announced yet (Kristeen Young?), but Tom Jones will open—open!—the Los Angeles show, while Cliff Richard gets to warm things up in Brooklyn.
