Here’s what’s up in the world of TV for Thursday, June 9. All times are Eastern.

Orphan Black (BBC America, 10 p.m.): Helena returns just in time for the penultimate episode of Orphan Black’s fourth season. Which is good news for Lisa Weidenfeld, who has been missing the unhinged Ukrainian sestra. Elsewhere, Sarah and Cosima reluctantly team up with Rachel and Susan Duncan to defeat Evie Cho. Plus, as he is wont to do, Donnie winds up in some trouble again. Hopefully, that means another performance of Jesus Christ Superstar as the Clone Club rushes to save him.
Inside Amy Schumer (Comedy Central, 10 p.m.): In “Everyone For Themselves,” Amy worries about her baby’s personality, seeks help for her lizard, and pays a visit to her gynecologist. It’ll be hard to top last week’s episode, which Emily L. Stephens called the “best show of this season so far.” But that won’t stop Schumer from trying in the second to last episode of the season.
Ladylike (MTV, 11 p.m.): MTV launches a vaguely feminist hidden-camera prank show that “challenges social norms.” Girl Code’s Nicole Byer and a rotating group of comedians host the series. In the premiere, the women “try their hand at catcalling,” juggle multiple dates, and kiss strangers. Future pranks involve staging protests that argue life begins with sperm (so stop jerking off), asking men to take off their shirts in exchange for beads, and throwing around tampons. Personally, we think the world could always use more tampon-based humor.
Premieres and finales
Millennials (Ovation, 7 p.m.): Ovation wraps up this six-part documentary series that charts 15 years in the lives of 22 millennials as they grow from children into young adults. Cue that Family Of The Year song:
Winsanity (GSN, 9 p.m.): Donald Faison hosts this new Game Show Network series in which contestants win prizes for both themselves and the studio audience (wowza!) by ranking facts in numerical order (exhilarating!).
Guys Choice: Perfect 10 (Spike TV, 9 p.m.): According to the TV Guide Channel, “The 10th annual awards ceremony celebrates stars and productions preferred by males.” In other words, it’s just like every other awards show.
Streets Of Compton (A&E, 9 p.m.): A&E airs the first two parts of this three-part documentary about the relationship between West Coast rap and Compton, California. Tonight’s premiere charts Compton’s transition from a quiet suburban city to a much more dangerous neighborhood.

Battlestar Galactica (11 a.m.): Zack Handlen reaches the end of Battlestar Galactica’s second season with the two-part finale, “Lay Down Your Burdens.” Starbuck attempts to save Samuel Anders, Gaius Baltar tries out a new campaign strategy, and Tyrol deals with his violent sleepwalking problem. Plus Battlestar makes one of its boldest moves ever as it jumps a year into the future. Let’s all take a moment to mentally prepare ourselves for Fat Lee Adama.

Xena: Warrior Princess, “Callisto” (Netflix): Since all three of our top picks center on women struggling against patriarchal forces, we’re recommending the patron saint of “fuck the patriarchy”: Xena, warrior princess. In “Callisto,” Xena confronts a ruthless female warrior who has been committing horrendous acts of violence in her name. Plus Xena and Gabriella meet their future friend Joxer for the first time.
