Mumford And Sons announce plans to take over five small towns this summer

Mumford And Sons are once again taking their Gentlemen Of The Road Stopovers out on tour. The hometown hillbilly carnival will hit five different cities this summer—Simcoe, Ontario; Troy, Ohio; Guthrie, Oklahoma; St. Augustine, Florida; and Lewes in the UK—bringing an all-encompassing concert experience to towns not normally trampled by tens of thousands of concertgoers. The Stopover organizers make an effort to work with local businesses, venues, and people in each city, whether that means hiring local security or filling the festival’s food court with local vendors’ fare.

Each Stopover city has a different roster of performers, though all of the U.S. shows will see appearances from Those Darlins, Willy Mason, and Bear’s Den. Naturally, Mumford And Sons will headline each event. A full list of dates, cities, and performers is below.
