Musicless “Fight For Your Right” video reveals dickish behavior of Beastie Boys

Mario Wienerroither is back with another music video devoid of any of its music. Previously, Weinerroither removed the music from David Bowie and Mick Jagger’s “Dancing In The Street” to hypnotic and hilarious results. The latest video to receive the background noise only treatment is Beastie Boys’ “Fight For Your Right” which, when deprived of its raucous anthem, is merely a documentary on a trio of jerks that bully a group of unsuspecting people. The original, with its screaming lyrics and driving guitar lick, made it seem like all were invited to battle for their inalienable liberties vis-à-vis being festive. In this version, it just appears that some low-rent Three Stooges knockoffs come in to trash a place and sexually harass women, and then make gross sounds with a pie fight.
