Mystery Science Theater 3000 is going on tour with Joel Hodgson

2018 is the 30th anniversary of Mystery Science Theater 3000, the world’s premiere TV show where a human and some robots make fun of bad movies. To celebrate that and the show’s upcoming new season on Netflix, current MST3K host Jonah Ray is going on another tour, but this time he’s bringing a very special guest: Old MST3K host Joel Hodgson. As noted by /FIlm, Hodgson was there for last year’s tour, though he didn’t join in on the funny/mean commentary, so this time he’ll be joining Ray and the robots as they crack jokes about two more bad movies—The Brain and Deathstalker. The tour will be putting on two shows at most of the cities it stops in, allowing fans to see both movies without traveling too far—unless they live in one of the cities only getting a single show, like Fort Lauderdale, St. Louis, and (oddly enough) Los Angeles.

You can see the extremely dramatic tour announcement video and the full list of dates below.
