Deadline is reporting that Jon Heder—the actor blessed and cursed to be known best as Napoleon Dynamite—will star in a new sitcom pilot opposite Jane Kaczmarek, best known for her brilliant performance as Lois on Malcolm In The Middle. The show, known for now as Here’s Your Damn Family (how long before that “damn” becomes a “darn”?) is about a grown man (Heder) who still lives with his mom (Kaczmarek), and whose life balance is upset by a new step-dad (JAG’s David James Elliott) and teen step-siblings. The show also marks the first producer sale for Johnny Galecki of The Big Bang Theory (and, of course, Roseanne).
