Hey Nashville, there’s no need to be jealous of Denver anymore. The A.V. Club is coming to visit, and we’re once again bringing Basil Hayden’s with us. On April 16, we’ll be at the Imogene + Willie Shop, where we’ll host an evening of mingling, with cocktails and music. Luminaries from the Nashville music world, including George Gruhn of Gruhn Guitars and Jay Millar from United Record Pressing, will be hanging out, as will The A.V. Club’s own Marah Eakin. Singer-songwriter Robert Ellis will give us a special acoustic performance as well. And did we mention that there will be Nashville-inspired Basil Hayden’s cocktails? Because there will, along with local fare to wash down those drinks. It’s all part of The A.V. Club’s and Basil Hayden’s This Is My… event series celebrating the best of local craftmakers and their art..
