NBC’s showing just how committed it is to Will & Grace: It’s scheduling the revival’s premiere for the fall TV season instead of holding off until midseason 2018. It’s a nice vote of confidence for creators Max Mutchnick and David Kohan, as well as returning core cast members Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Megan Mullally, and Sean Hayes. It was the once and future Jack McFarland who shared the news on Twitter, along with a cast photo:
The ninth season will be made up of 12 half-hour episodes; the original order was for 10, but NBC extended that earlier this year.
