Neighborhood Watch trailer: Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, and Jonah Hill team up to battle aliens

Like a supergroup of bro comedy, Akiva Schaffer's forthcoming Neighborhood Watch combines three of the most talkative actors in the genre—Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, and Jonah Hill—with screenwriters Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, then pits them all against alien invaders, whose strange extraterrestrial powers will no doubt prove no match for their human foils’ abilities to ramble extemporaneously in a neurotic yet still unusually extroverted way. Not that you’ll see any of that in this teaser, or even much talking at all: It’s a surprisingly dialogue-free introduction to the team of suburbanites (which also includes British comedian Richard Ayoade) who patrol their streets as an excuse to get away from their families, allowing the disparity between the swagger of Dr. Dre’s “Still D.R.E.” and their cookie-cutter surroundings to say everything about their inflated sense of bad-assness. Something tells us these guys will all have plenty to say in the actual movie, so enjoy this momentary quiet.
