Neko Case is hopping on the career retrospective bandwagon. This November 13, the singer will release Truckdriver, Gladiator, Mule, a vinyl box set spanning all of her releases. Featuring everything from The Virginian (which gets its first LP release here) to The Worse Things Get, The Harder I Fight, The Harder I Fight, The More I Love You, the eight-LP box set will also come packed with an 80-page booklet, a vinyl slipmat emblazoned with an illustration made by Case, and a fancy storage box. In a statement, Case said that the box set is part of a “LONG story,” which she says she’ll “continue later, but for now, here are some images and music to take in and wonder about.”
Case is on tour right now as part of a quartet for the first time in 14 years, and dates are below.
