Never Not Funny is celebrating its 500th episode, and you’re invited

Never Not Funny, the podcast where comedian Jimmy Pardo shows off his improvisational skills, quick wit, and extensive knowledge of ’70s pop hits, is celebrating a major milestone this weekend. Founded in the spring of 2006, Never Not Funny is one of the elder statesmen of the podcast world—after Serial, of course—a distinction Pardo, co-host/producer Matt Belknap, and crew will celebrate Sunday with a live stream of Never Not Funny’s 500th episode. (If Eliot doesn’t fuck it up, anyway.)

The live stream will be hosted on the Never Not Funny website and begin at 7:30 PM PT (that’s 10:30 ET/9:30 CT) this coming Sunday, March 22. The podcast will be taped live at the UCB Theatre in Hollywood, but that show is sold out so if you don’t have your tickets yet, you’re probably out of luck. Hot takes on the Emmys ruling that Orange Is The New Black is not actually a comedy are expected.
