From Billboard: Mark Eitzel's legendary American Music Club has announced the release of a new full-length titled The Golden Age. The album is due out on Merge on February 18, and Eitzel says it was recorded mostly live in the studio and will sound "loose and upbeat" (relatively speaking, we're assuming).
And in related news: The assholes who booed and heckled AMC when they opened for Spoon at the Boulder Theater a couple years ago are that much closer to burning in hell.
