New Florence And The Machine album due this fall
Florence And The Machine was one of the surprise breakout acts of 2010, drawing positive critical notices for Lungs and scoring a hit with "Dog Days Are Over." Given Florence's cross-generational appeal, there's a good chance that the group's forthcoming record, Ceremonials, could do Adele numbers when it drops in fall. The album is set to be released Oct. 31 in the U.K., and while a U.S. date hasn't been announced yet, it seems likely that Ceremonials will arrive stateside the following day. Two songs from the record have been already been released online: "What The Water Gave Me" and the positively anthemic "Shake It Out," which is streaming below. [Via Spin]
