Stereolab has a new album coming out—but don't take that to mean that they've been busy lately. Says Pitchfork, the pioneering British indie-pop band has a new disc titled Not Music that's coming out November 16 on Drag City. But rather than being a new recording—the band announced last year that it was taking an indefinite hiatus—Not Music will comprise material left over from the group's last album, 2008's Chemical Chords. Stereolab's co-leader, Laetitia Sadier, has been busy though: Her new, as-yet-untitled solo disc is due from Drag City on September 21.
