MTV debuts the video for "God's Gonna Cut You Down" from Johnny Cash's American V: A Hundred Highways, and it's just one big montage of cameos by folks ranging from Kris Kristofferson to Chris Rock. Jay-Z is shown sprawling regally on a couch shaking his head and Brian Wilson and a couple dozen others just sort of stare into the camera. It's sweet, but everyone's just kind of there. Even crying and lip-synching is kept at a minimum. You'd think this guy's video-wake would be a bit more lively, but maybe they're all just doing the solemn/respectful thing.
