New Kids On The Block, Boyz II Men, and 98 Degrees want to slip you their Package (tour)

Proving that even old, decrepit boy band members have senses of humor, New Kids On The Block, Boyz II Men, and 98 Degrees have teamed up to create this summer’s most awkwardly bulging lineup, The Package Tour. Kicking off May 31 in bustling Uncasville, Connecticut, The Package Tour announcement comes paired with news of a new NKOTB record, 10, due out April 2.

In a press release, actor and resident NKOTB creep Donnie Wahlberg warns, “Ladies, we’re coming for you,” taking a page from R. Kelly's playbook by adding he “can’t wait to give fans The Package,” wink wink. The Package Tour marks the first time in a dozen years that 98 Degrees (a.k.a. Nick Lachey’s band) has been on the road. It’s also perhaps worth noting that only three of the original four Boyz (Nathan Morris, Wanya Morris, and Shawn Stockman) are still in Boyz II Men, given that Michael McCary left the group in 2003 because of a struggle with scoliosis.

Tickets for The Package Tour go on sale Feb. 2, while American Express card members can get advance tickets starting this Friday, Jan. 25.
