Tom Waits has been dropping cryptic hints of a new album on the horizon, but the surest sign of new music from the Waits camp comes from Amazon, which has posted notice of a new single titled “Bad As Me” that will go on sale as an MP3 download on Tuesday. Further confirmation comes from Waits’ website: "There have been rumblings and rumors. New music from Tom Waits, you say?
