Next two James Bond movies given to guy who writes all the things

James Bond franchise producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael Wilson have assigned the task of writing the next two films in the series to John Logan, the guy who writes all the things. Logan—who wrote Gladiator, Hugo, Rango, Sweeney Todd, The Aviator, The Last Samurai, Star Trek: Nemesis, Any Given Sunday, your kid's report that he pretended he did but totally didn't, the Book of Love, etc.—will continue the Bond gig he landed after rewriting Skyfall, penning a story arc that will play out across two movies. As recently reported, these will very possibly mark Daniel Craig's final two turns in the role, suggesting Logan pitched an appropriately epic send-off for his incarnation of the character. Or perhaps the first film will end with Craig's Bond retiring, while the second will just be Craig drinking tea and reading the paper? You never know with these James Bond movies! That's why he's James Bond!
