Nick Oliveri could face 15 years in prison after last month’s S.W.A.T. team run-in

Nick Oliveri’s four-hour stand-off with a Los Angeles S.W.A.T. team in July has the potential to throw the former Queens Of The Stone Age bassist’s life seriously out of whack. After Oliveri was booked on a felony domestic violence chage, police searched his home and found a fully loaded rifle as well as cocaine and methamphetamines. He has now been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with a firearm, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor count of resisting, obstructing or delaying a police officer. If convicted on all counts, Oliveri could be sentenced to 15 years in prison. [Via TMZ]
