You’ve often seen Nicolas Cage lose his fucking mind on screen, but—outside of the occasional eccentricity—rarely have you seen him lose his fucking mind when it wasn’t for the art. Judging by this video filmed during a sidewalk confrontation in Bucharest (where Cage is currently filming Ghost Rider 2: The Government Wants My House), a real-life Nicolas Cage freak-out is pretty much the same as a big-screen Nicolas Cage freak-out, with lots of frantic shouting, emphatic arm motions, and quotable hyperboles like, “I will die in the name of honor!” The L.A. Times is calling it his “Christian Bale moment,” but somehow we don’t think this will affect Cage’s reputation in the slightest.
