Nicolas Cage signs for Ghost Rider sequel

IRS Facebook friend Nicolas Cage recently appeared on The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson to promote The Sorcerer’s Apprentice with his bleached hair, revealing that he will reprise his Johnny Blaze hellfire motorcyclist character in Ghost Rider: Sprit Of Vengeance, the sequel to 2007’s Ghost Rider, which Craig Ferguson claims he “enjoyed immensely without a hint of irony.” The sequel is penned by David S. Goyer, one good thing the film has going for it, who promises a much darker tone, and claims it will be “what Casino Royale was to the Bond movies.” Crank directors Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, the dastardly pair who also wrote the 75-minute mess titled Jonah Hex, will direct.
