There isn’t much to say about this teaser for Norm Macdonald’s Netflix special, which is called Hitler’s Dog, Gossip & Trickery, as the whole thing is just him telling a single (pretty funny) joke. He’s basically questioning the basic concept of abbreviating “identification” into “ID,” which doesn’t really make a lot of sense when you think about it. There’s also a quick shot of Macdonald walking along a path by some trees and a fence, but at this point it’s unclear how that will play into the larger narrative of this comedy special. Maybe it won’t? Anyway, it’s weird that “ID” is the accepted abbreviation for “identification.”
