Willie Nelson is selling his nine-hole golf course. Nelson’s Cut And Putt Pedernales Golf Course is spread out over 75 acres in the Texas Hill Country, and can be yours for a mere $3 million. According to the listing, the former country club and recording studio “offer[s] the real honky-tonk recreational experience,” saying the club is a “relaxing and refreshing divergence from a formal country club scene… even if it gets a little irreverent.”
Nelson bought the course out of bankruptcy in 1979, saying in 2012 that he decided to sell it because he thought he’d “better have something make money” than lose money, which the golf course is currently doing.
