To say that Orange Is The New Black ended season four with a cliffhanger would be a bit of an understatement—after a tragic death, someone’s staring down the barrel of a gun, and all of Litchfield looks ready to go to war. Reports that this fifth season will all take place over the course of three days have just ramped up our anticipation, so it’s a relief to learn just when we can expect (relative) closure. Netflix announced today that Orange Is The New Black will return on June 9. There’s regrettably no trailer available yet, but this video of reactions to the most recent altercation serves as a potent reminder of what everyone’s lost and still stands to lose.
