PaleyFest 2015 will include The Flash, AHS: Freak Show, and more
The Paley Center For Media has announced its 2015 festival schedule, which means it’s time once more for the stars of your favorite television shows to roll into a room full of adoring fans, pretend they enjoy being among poors who aren’t even famous, and then quickly retreat to the VIP reception. Variety reports that the shows being feted this year will be a mix of new and returning series, including The Flash, Jane The Virgin, American Horror Story: Freak Show, Homeland, Girls, and Outlander.
The festival, which runs from March 6—15, will showcase primarily shows that generate critical acclaim and devoted fan bases, if not necessarily mainstream success. The event is held at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, with passes to all events going on sale to the general public January 24, and individual event tickets publicly available January 27. However, if you choose to become a Paley Center member, you can get passes or tickets several days in advance, meaning a much better chance to ask Ryan Murphy if he’ll be inventing any other bold new genres. The panels will also be live-streamed through Yahoo Screen, however, and will be accepting questions via social media, so it’s probably just best to stay home where you won’t disturb anyone with that talking Arrow doll you carry around everywhere.
