Fresh off winning a SAG Award for Outstanding Ensemble, Modern Family is extending its family. According to Entertainment Weekly, Fred Armisen and Patton Oswalt are set to guest star in an upcoming Vegas-set episode, which will undoubtedly make good use of the phrase “What happens in Vegas is a lot of yelling by Sofia Vergara.” Armisen will play Langham, Mitch’s ex who's in town with his fiancé for a wild bachelor party. Oswalt will play Ducky Schindler, who heads up the society of magicians Phil wants to join (which is not the same society of magicians Gob Bluth wants to join, nor is it the same society of magicians that Barney Stinson belongs to). The episode is filming this week and is set to air in the spring.
