Peter Morgan to co-write next James Bond movie

The screenwriters for the next James Bond movie (dude, they're making another one! High five!) have just been announced. As with the previous two installments, the team combines series veterans Neal Purvis and Robert Wade with a high-priced, fancy-pants ringer. Paul (jeez, do I have to write fucking everything?) Haggis collaborated with Purvis and Wade before; this time out, the gifted playwright/screenwriter Peter (The Queen, The Deal, Last King of Scotland, Frost/Nixon) Morgan will be picking up a big old paycheck putting words in Daniel Craig's mouth.

The Bond series isn't exactly writer-driven (understatement alert!). That might change with the next installment. According to early reports, the film chronicles what happens when the legendary super-spy shares an office with Tony Blair and spends two hours debating the future of the Labor Party.
