Phil Collins reschedules two concerts after fall
Phil Collins was injured during a recent fall in the middle of the night. While a statement from his team says he is “recovering well,” two of his upcoming concerts are being rescheduled. Collins—who retired in 2011, but has since emerged—is currently on his Not Dead Yet Tour, which finds him playing a series of shows in England, Germany, and France. A Facebook post on his official page explained the circumstances of the incident that left the musician with stitches near his eye. (As Consequence Of Sound notes, this is not the first time he has had an accident of this nature.)
Collins is still set to be back on stage as soon as June 11 for five nights at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne. The June 8 and 9 concerts at London’s Royal Albert Hall have been postponed and are being rebooked for November 26 and 27.
