Pennsylvania’s Pill Friends are the latest band to take part in File Under: Music’s One Song At A Time Series. The premise is that for 12 weeks, File Under: Music will release a new song from a band with a video accompanying it. Today, The A.V. Club is premiering the video for “Holy Like You,” which sees Pill Friends offering up their best approximation of one of Modest Mouse’s down-trodden ballads. The video itself is a bit more uplifting, as it builds to a calming pastel landscape, letting viewers get lost as the song sways forward and a full image comes into view. More enterprising listeners can find stems of the song here, where File Under: Music encourages people to remix the track in whatever way they see fit.
