Take umbrage with Pitchfork’s writing style all you want (I’m talking to you, Stuart Braithwaite of Mogwai!), but you can’t argue with the online music mag’s incredible yearly festival. They consistently bring solid lineups to a setting that could hardly be better for enjoying music: great sound, great sight lines, and a reasonably sized crowd (to go along with reasonably priced tickets). The A.V. Club and Decider naturally have a bunch of writers going again this year, and we’ll all be Twittering it like mad, rather than giving you any sort of actual journalistic roundup.
