Pitchfork to stream LCD Soundsystem's farewell concert that most people couldn't get into

Those who got screwed out of seeing LCD Soundsystem’s farewell show at Madison Square Garden can perhaps seek some solace in this: Pitchfork will stream the entire, approximately three-hour concert live on its website, which is something not even those rat bastards at Stub Hub can fuck up for you. The show will only be broadcast once, so don’t forget to tune in. Granted, it’s not the same as being there, but to create a reasonable facsimile you could still dress up in all white (as per James Murphy’s suggestion), spill beer on yourself at random intervals, and then invite a half-dozen twentysomethings over to crowd together and pose for Facebook pictures while blocking your computer screen.
