Because Hollywood can’t leave a beloved children’s property or anthropomorphic bear alone, here’s the teaser trailer for the upcoming Paddington movie. The minute-long clip doesn’t actually featuring any bear chatter, though a rumpled-looking Paddington does pop out of a bag aboard a ship from Peru. Most of the trailer is spent establishing the very British setting of the film, which features Colin Firth as the voice of the iconic bear, alongside non-bear actors Nicole Kidman, Hugh Bonneville, Sally Hawkins, Peter Capaldi, Julie Walters, and Jim Broadbent. In other words, like the character it’s based on, this movie’s probably going to be a much bigger deal in the U.K. than when it opens in America on December 12.
