Pornhub awards Kanye a lifetime membership, so he can really focus some attention on himself
Kanye West went on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night, talking about all the things you’d expect a mercurial superstar to chat about on national TV: His wife, his work, his politics, his preferred masturbation habits. That last one came up when West responded to a question from Kimmel about his attitudes toward women in the years since his daughters were born—that old automatic instiller of feminist empathy—and refused to rise to the bait, noting that, “Nah, I still look at Pornhub and stuff.”
He didn’t back down when Kimmel, half-jokingly asked him about his search term preferences, either, remarking, “What’s the point of being Kanye West if you can’t,” before proceeding to lay out his fantasies (not especially dark, beautiful, or twisted, as it happens) for all the world to see.
Kimmel presumably appreciated the fact that the segment was good TV, but Pornhub definitely enjoyed the shout-out. Marketing savvy as ever, the site announced today that it was granting West a lifetime subscription to its premium services, so that he can continue to do what Kanye West does best: Celebrating Kanye West.
