Clearly we’ve given up on wringing anything of bloody substance to report from the heavy stone of this slow news day, but if the Hollywood Reporter’s Risky Business blog is to be believed, then anything we would tell you would be just so much smoke and mirrors to further distract you from THE BIGGEST SHOWBIZ CONSPIRACY OF ALL TIME. According to the below e-mail sent to “reporter Jay Hernandes” (who, as far as we know, does not exist), we’ve all been the victims of a massive “scandal like Watergate” meant to obscure the fact that most movies in theaters right now—including Prince Of Persia, Avatar, and “Transformers part 1,2,3, and 4”—were actually made over a decade ago, a truth which has been hidden from the public thanks to a sinister plot by Vin Diesel and his co-conspirator Jennifer Aniston.
The unlikely duo is accused of “burglarising [sic] the moviecompany[sic] that had these movies” and stealing all of them, beginning with “the second G.I. Joe movie,” all because Aniston was jealous of the burgeoning relationship between star Sienna Miller and the man who sent the e-mail, who claims to have played Sergeant Slaughter in the now-vanished film. It’s a complex web of intrigue that, “to give [it] some credibility,” also has something to do with the fact that Megan Fox is not actually a real person, but rather “23 different models and actresses.” Crazy, right?
